3. Order Processing & Fulfillment
Orders placed through our website are processed by Shopify and fulfilled via Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF). We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders due to suspected fraud, mispricing, or violation of our policies.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in USD. We accept a variety of secure payment methods, including: Credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Venmo and PayPal (if enabled). You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information at checkout.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of dietary supplements, we do not accept returns of opened products.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@quinixlabs.com. Refunds or replacements are granted at our discretion.
