Shipping & delivery
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the United States only. All orders are fulfilled through Amazon.
How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via Amazon’s fulfillment network. Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
How can I track my package and receive updates on its delivery status?
Delivery times can vary depending on the shipping method and location, but we'll provide you with an estimated delivery range at checkout.
What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and generally range from 3 to 7 business days, depending on your shipping method and location. All orders are fulfilled through Amazon’s U.S. network.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@quinixlabs.com right away. We will work with Amazon to resolve the issue and send a replacement or refund as needed.
Can I change the shipping address after I have placed the order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please reach out to us as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to accommodate changes, orders are fulfilled through Amazon’s logistics network, and processing begins shortly after purchase. Once the fulfillment process starts, shipping details can no longer be updated.
To ensure a smooth delivery, we recommend double-checking your shipping address before placing your order.
Returns
Can I return a product if I have opened it or used it?
Due to the nature of dietary supplements, we’re unable to accept returns of opened or used products. However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us—please reach out at info@quinixlabs.com, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
How long does it take to receive a refund after a return has been processed?
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, it can take several business days for your refund to appear, depending on your payment method and your bank’s processing times.
Can I return a product that was purchased with a promotion or discount code?
To maintain safety and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns of opened or used supplements—even those purchased using a promotional code—unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Can I return a product if it causes an allergic reaction or doesn't work for my skin type?
Your satisfaction is our top priority. While our formula is carefully crafted for quality and safety, individual responses can vary. If you experience a reaction, discontinue use immediately and contact us. We’ll work with you to find the best resolution, case by case.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all Shopify-supported payment methods, including credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Amazon Pay.
Can I use multiple payment methods for one order?
No, only one payment method can be used per order at checkout.
Do you offer gift cards?

Are your products organic?
No, our product is not certified organic. However, it’s made with premium, clinically studied ingredients that meet FDA regulations and is manufactured in a cGMP-certified facility in the USA for safety, quality, and consistency.
Do your products contain allergens?
No, the product is allergen-free. It contains no dairy, no gluten, and no common allergens. It is labeled as Allergen Free, Lactose & Dairy Free, and Non-GMO. However, it is produced in a facility that may handle other common allergens.
Are your products gluten-free?
Yes, QUINIX™ Collagen Fusion+ is gluten-free and clearly labeled as such on the packaging.
Do you offer vegan options?
No, this product is not vegan. It contains bovine collagen peptides (VERISOL®) and serum-derived ImmunoLin®, both of which are animal-derived ingredients.
How should I store your products?
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture. No refrigeration is required.
How long do your products last?
Each container includes an expiration date printed on the bottom. When stored properly, the shelf life is typically 2 years from the manufacturing date.
Can I freeze your products?
Freezing is not necessary or recommended. Proper room-temperature storage is sufficient to maintain freshness and product quality.
